How do you bill for your services?
Our standard billing procedure is to bill upon completion of our services. In various cases we do bill on periodic basis, whether that be monthly or quarterly. We reserve the right to require a retainer deposit for certain engagements. We require payment upon presentation of invoice/service.
What hours are you available?
We are available during normal business hours, which are 9:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday. We would be happy to make special arrangements for evening or weekend consultations.
What role do you play if the IRS audits me?
We will spend up to one full hour with you at no charge, going over the return in question with you. After that, our regular fees apply.
How much and what kind of preparation do you need for my return?
For business entities, we prefer your materials be in a computer accounting program, but we have taken materials in almost every imaginable form. Contact us with questions about specific software packages.
For individuals, all forms issued that report income and transactions with any necessary support documentation. We will retain copies and return your originals. For those so inclined, digital copies saved in PDF format is greatly appreciated. For those situations that have numerous transactions, access to the provided reports in excel will expediate the time needed in preparation of your return. If you do not understand or know how to do, we will assist in obtaining the required information needed to complete an accurate and complete return.
